Rather than defaulting to the typical gray-box garage aesthetic, the design team specified Signature Series Cabinets in a Warm Sand box with a matching door finish — a warm, wood-toned look that reads as furniture-quality, not utility-grade. The edge banding is Ore. The door style is Elite. The hardware is Bar-style handles in Matte Black — the same kind of hardware you’d find on a well-designed kitchen.
The result is a finish language — Driftwood and Black — that mirrors the home’s interior rather than ignoring it. That’s the point of the Signature Series: full customization, from the cabinet box to the countertop surface, so the garage feels like it belongs to the same house.

Above and alongside the cabinets, 69 linear feet of Monkey Bars shelving puts the vertical wall space to work — 20 boards at 60×26, precision-spaced with two full boxes of brackets and L-brackets. The slat wall panels were colored on-site to ensure a seamless, consistent finish across the full installation. J-mold trim and Driftwood filler strips were cut and fitted to close every gap.
Even mid-install — with hardware bags on the counter and staging materials still in place — the design intent is unmistakable.
Garage 2 — The Workhorse
The secondary bay carries the same Driftwood and Black finish language as Garage 1: Signature Series cabinets, matching Bar-style handles in Matte Black, soft-close hinges throughout. It’s not the hero of the project, but it functions like one. Consistent finish, consistent quality, no shortcuts because the camera wasn’t pointed at it.
The Pool Closet — A Hidden Gem
