This is one of the most important steps. If a floor is not properly prepped, it doesn’t matter what product is used to coat, you will have issues down the road. After full assessment of floor, cracks and seams are filled to create as much of a seamless look as possible.
Diamond Grind
Our professional team uses an industrial grade diamond grinder to prepare the surface to accept the coating we are about to apply.
Base Coat Application
The next step is the first step of coating. We apply a tinted primer coat that will seep into the pores of your freshly ground concrete.
Decorative Chip Layer
While the base coat is still fresh, our team will cover that layer with your choice of decorative chip. We cover your floors with a 100% broadcast spread of chips.
Reclaim Chips
Once the base layer has cured and dried enough, our team will remove the excess chip layer that has not bonded to the floor. We will then prep the decorative chips to ensure a consistent texture throughout.
Polyaspartic Top Coat
Finally, our team will lay a highly durable, chemical resistant, UV stable top coat. The coat will not discolor over time, keeping your floor in pristine condition after many years of use!
